We all know that's a lie, he has to ask his wife for money
Turn a deaf ear. She have a hearing problem..We all know that's a lie, he has to ask his wife for money

I don't think she is a PSer. I don't know how long it'll take to find a rough to cut a 3ct. Depending on the price I may wanna keep it under 3ct.Wow!!!!! Awesome for you! Is she a pser? When will your 3 ct be started? So excited to see your new beauty!
Yes!....Congratulations, DF.
Were you a little sad to see it go?
No idea, hopefully within 2 months...That was quick!!!!! We are all anxiously waiting for pictures of your new diamond. Do you have any idea how long it will take before you get your new stone?
IDK, I need to check with him. My first choice would be a 2.75 - 2.95 ct G/H VS stone depending on the price.Wow!! Does Yoram already have the rough???! Because if he doesn't, this may not be that fast.

Yes I know that, but hopefully I'll get lucky that Yoram will be able to find a rough that will yield in that range. Maybe he can re-modify a generic Asscher into an Octavia?...You should have talked to him before selling your diamond. This topic has come up before regarding the lack of stones in the high end of a carat range due to the fact that if rough is big enough to cut a 3 ct stone, no cutter is going to cut a 2.8 or 2.9 out of that rough. So be prepared for 3 cts or if the rough won't yield 3 cts, you might be looking at the mid 2 ct range.
Due to its unique and awesome shape *grin* it can not be cut from other asschers.Yes I know that, but hopefully I'll get lucky that Yoram will be able to find a rough that will yield in that range. Maybe he can re-modify a generic Asscher into an Octavia?...
I think that any way you slice it DF needed to sell the Octavia to have the $$$ to put towards his next project. Even if this doesn't go forward, he's not losing having $$$ liquid to spend freely. You should have talked to him before selling your diamond. There goes my theory...Due to its unique and awesome shape *grin* it can not be cut from other asschers.
But you never know what rough is lurking in Yoram's vault.
I guess is a matter of luck.I’m hoping you will share this experience with us like you did with your last Octavia. Does it normally take Yoram a long time to find the rough stone?
