Cut Designer Problem.

Just got my DiamCalc and is playing with it. But there was an error when I tried to export the design to DC. Am using DC 3.2. How to fix that?

which operating system are you running?
looks like permissions issue on the storage folder.

Win XP.

Should not be a problem with the permission issue as I am running it as the admin. Where would the export be safe to? I can double check the permission there.

Hmm, I do not have that folder in my local setting. It is also not present in my install location.

try uninstalling and re-downloading the latest installer and reinstall.

Done that 5 times.

What versions are you using? 3.2 beta or 3?

Weird. I installed ver3 and the cut designer in that works, so now cut designer in ver3.2 also works.

permissions issue with the installer some place.

SC welcome to the DC club. I think it would be great to reopen the DC help forum on pricescope, I'm sure we all go through a learning curve and it would be great to read the road already travelled.
