custom vatche royal empress?

I have fallen in love with the Vatche royal empress setting. I''ve seen it in a plain solitaire style as well as three-sided pave. I''m wondering if it comes in single row pave or if Vatche will customize?

If anyone has the pave version of the setting I''d love to see pics.
