Custom setting in Dallas?

I have been reading the forum and past discussions for over a week

and I am honestly wowed by this community. My diamond education has progressed to where I am no longer scared of the task in front of me ... now I need to find a setting for the sparkly.

I have an idea of what I am looking for but have been unable to find ''it'' online or in stores. Can anyone recommend a jeweler in the Dallas area who would work with me?
