Cushion that looks like an oval?

So no, I’m not going to purchase this stone. But yesterday my jeweler showed me this 4.95 cushion though a few of the other customers agreed it doesn’t look like one. What do you think?

Please ignore the trillions. He just threw it in there. Lol. But the certificate is Egl and says it’s a cushion.

Oh well that explains the proportions. If EGL says that is a cushion I'd like to know their criteria they used for that determination.

That is a pleasantly plump oval but hey what do I know?

I didn’t loop. Lol. One of the customers was seriously considering it so I didn’t get a chance. It’s priced at 38k.

It's an elongated cushion. It would look better without the trillions on either side. They obscure the shape of the stone and look like wings.
