It does look very oval to me and the sidestones are very out of proportion to boot.

Please ignore the trillions. He just threw it in there. Lol. But the certificate is Egl and says it’s a cushion.
 
Oh well that explains the proportions. If EGL says that is a cushion I'd like to know their criteria they used for that determination.

That is a pleasantly plump oval but hey what do I know?
 
It does look like a fat oval. Whats the faceting pattern look like under the table? Is it a thin X? Fat X? Something else?

I didn’t loop. Lol. One of the customers was seriously considering it so I didn’t get a chance. It’s priced at 38k.
 
It's an elongated cushion. It would look better without the trillions on either side. They obscure the shape of the stone and look like wings.
