CRISIS!!! MY MANOLO BROKE!!!

My most recent pair of Manolos, only 2 months old, just had the heel snap in half on the way back from Court!!! I am devastated!!! These suckers are going back to Holt Renfrew on Monday!!! EEEEEKKKKK

I am so sorry! Take those things back and please let us know what they say! Hey I know they''re not the same tier as Manolo, but do you like Cole Haan? I think the Nike Air Cole Haans are awesome and I''d wear them over my Manolos any day, well..I would for comfort anyway.

That''s awful! Definitely bring them back-there''s no way that should happen especially after such a short period. Sorry to hear that. I just left two of my manolo''s into get the heels repaired today and I miss them already. Hope you get it resolved soon!

All the years I have worn Manolos and Choos they have not broken, but there is always a first time.

If you buy from reputable stores like Saks or Neimans or Holt, or their own boutiques, I am sure they will stand behind their merchandise. I am a good customer at both Saks and Neimans and my SA''s go out of their way to be of assistance. I am sure this is not the first time they are seeing a high end shoe break, and will be more than glad to get you a new pair if they still have access to the style.

I am sure that Holt Renfrew will be great about this situation. It is just crazy - the heel broke in half!! I have had seem the whole heel come off, but never break in half!!! And after 2 months!

SarahlovesJS, I find my Manolos super comfortable. I definately prefer them over most other heels I have tried.

Holt''s has great customer service so I doubt you''ll have a problem with the repair. Funny my GF and I were talking about shoes/retailers the other day over lunch and she mentioned that another shop in town who shall remain nameless was not helpful at all with this kind of issue.....(btw, I "heard" that the new Holt''s will have ~5,000 sqft of shoes.......

Just got back from Holt Renfrew. They were awesome. More than awesome. Offered to fully refund my money or get a replacement in. I have opted for the replacement, although I may try a different colour over my basic black.

I was so close to buying a pair of Louboutins yesterday but I decided to wait until next pay packet. Enjoy them!

I own those Louboutins, and have many others of his. NOT COMFY. just letting you know you will also need to size up a half so or so, his toe box runs very short and your feet will be numb. His wedges are a bit more comfy as they balance your feet better. Not a stand on your feet all day shoe for sure, but look great for evening.

I did get them 1/2 size bigger than I usually wear. I agree that they are not as comfortable as my Manolos and Choos, but they are not awful. I walked about 7 blocks to lunch and back again, and I can still feel most of my toes!!!!

I could never do that in them. I wear a nine and have long toes and a very high arch, which my SA told me is the the worst type of foot for his shoes. The toe box is short so I get smashed and with the height of my arch I am pitched even more forward in them. Sizing up a bit does help but it is still not a comfy shoe. It is my red carpet shoe, when I do not have to walk a lot. His simple pump is a bit less uncomfortable too.
