Creating custom pear halo engagement ring

Hello all- I'm looking to create a custom engagement ring for my partner. I'm ideally looking for a pear in the 1.8-2.1 range, I'm willing to go to I, and SI1 as long as it's eye clean, and I would love it to have some fluorescence. Ritani had a couple of beautiful choices that they sent me, but I wanted to open it up to all of you in terms of recommendations for who to go with. I live in New Jersey, but work in Pennsylvania, and am only an hour away from the Diamond District in NY if anyone has recommendations for anywhere up there. I would like to spend no more than 13-14k on the center stone, and 20k for the ring in it's entirety- I had reached out to Roman Jewelers in NJ to create a custom setting, but their prices for both the setting and the center stone were a little out of control. I'd prefer not to go with a B&M, and would much rather go with a Pricescope vendor, but I'm open to all suggestions! Thank you in advance.

IDJ is the diamond district. They're a recommended PS vendor. GOG is in long island but also a good option, esp for fancies.
