Could anyone help me with this Ideal scope image?

I have this diamond reserved but I would like some opinions. It’s at the top of my budget, G, SI1 (verified eye clean), 3x, True Hearts by JA. I know dark red is supposed to be the absolute best for these images, but can someone help with deciding if this will be a fiery diamond? I see some fading of the red around the center. It scores 1.6 with the HCA tool. Thanks in advance!

I am sure many people would tell you how it is not the same as “super ideal” , but looks great to me. Seems you really know how to sweat your budget hard.

Reality is it is likely in the top 1% of diamonds out there. 95% of the consumers probably buy without knowing about HCA/ Idealscope. Others who know of it, don’t always have access to it because most online/ local retailers don’t provide it. They would tell you it is a marketing gimmick. So I bet if someone created an Idealscope image of 1000 random GIA XXX diamonds, yours would be in the top 5% of that pool, which to begin with is in the top 1/3rd.

Thank you very much. It has been awhile since I’ve been in the market for a new diamond. So I’m rusty, to say the least. I appreciate you taking the time to help me out!

I think finding an eye-clean S1 with good light return is one of the greatest joys of hunting for high quality diamond bargains :)

Not the best of the best. But still a great choice. I would get it if under 6k.

It’s $5920. Thanks for your help! I’m totally new to interpreting IS images.

I think that’s a good price. You will probably pay $5300-$5500 for a diamond of this specs but it won’t have H&A assurance - no assurance of light return and eye clean diamond. Take it before it goes.
