Could a stone be swapped out in a ring like this?

I would like to swap out the diamond in the middle for a sapphire. Do you think this could be done without destroying the setting? Would that particular bezel have to be remade? I have no idea how a jeweler would go about doing that.

It would be very very difficult. They are bezel set. You would have to have a new bezel done and it depends on the ring construction as to whether it is possible. I think the cost may exceed the ring value. I would not trust most benches with it either.
