Cool shade of Tourmaline from PrecisionGem

It is indeed that Tourmalines come with so many colors...and this is one of them.
Gene posted this one on his website last night and I was able to get it. I just love, love the color.
His pictures have always been so true to RL, so I''m confident that there will be no surprises when I see it.
But still, I can''t wait for it to get here!!!

Oh, by the way, is Monday (10/12) a national holiday, hence, no mail delivered?

seafoam green, is a half/half combo of blue-green. I have a couple of seafoam tourmalines, and that's the color they equate to on the gemewizard.com tool. Mint is more green than blue.

I kept bringing the picture up from my laptop to look at it too!!! As of now, I have no plan to set it. Truth be told, I''ve got a few stones under my wings recently, and now, have no funds left for the settings!!!

But that''s ok - I''m happy enough just to look at them...

Tourmaline_Lover, do you think this color looks good in yellow gold or in white gold since you have a couple of them already? (Oh, did I say that I have no setting plan?

Mine are not set, but I think it would great in rose gold.

Nice stone..i wish he would have used a different color background in his photo..i think it doesn''t bring out the color enough and sort of conflicts with it..like the green though
