I would like your opinions on this stone:

Polish: Ideal
Symmetry: Ideal
Girdle: Thin to slightly thick
Culet: None
Fluorescence: Negligible
Measurements: 6.20*6.23*3.80

Crown Angle: 34.2°
Crown %: 14.40
pavilion Angle: 40.8°
pavilion %: 43.00

All the numbers seem to line up except the Table doesn''t fall between the recommended 54-57%.

Also, is $4500 a reasonable price for this?

Thats a great price. Table is fine, if IS looks good I see no reason not to buy

If it is sold as a H&A diamond, the request to see the hearts image.

The table is actually fine, 54- 57% is the very tightest range but this measurement is fine also. Ask to see hearts images as this is being sold as such ( unless it is from James Allen, they aren''t quite ready to offer these yet) and an Idealscope image.
