I'm 26 years old and I’m a runner by profession. I don't like the shape of my breasts and I don't like the size either. So I’m seriously considering a breast lift surgery. I never felt confident wearing strapless dresses and shirts, that is the main reason why I considered a breast lift surgery. I have deflated / saggy D (used to be full DD) sized breasts, and now I'm looking to get a full DD / E. Also I don't want any of my friends to notice it. Could anyone who has had a breast lift surgery share your experience? It would be helpful. Thank you in advance
