Those look like ASET images printed on the AGS platinum report. If so they are renderings from a 3D scan of the diamond. That's ok, as the lab uses regularly calibrated equipment, but in the case of #2 it looks like a wonky scan for the arrow to go missing. Not sure about 5:00, it could also be a scan artifact or the diamond was somewhat digged there to remove a surface inclusion (?)

We've had to request a re-scan/re-print one or two times for diamonds in our brand when the rendering was a bit off.
