Color Opinion Please

I am looking for a 2ct to 3ct OEC no lower than an L. would prefer whiter but not sure it's in the budget.
This looks like it might be lower than an L, what do the experts think? Also, what would be a good price to get it at if it were an L?

Looks even more tinted than K-L to me. I am guessing O-P. If you want whiter, I'd hold out.
