Color difference on close inspection

I am trying to find the best corners to cut to fit my budget for a 1ct stone. My ring is platinum with H color micropave. I know I would be comfortable with an I color RB center, but will a J color start to look out of place next the the higher grades?

I doubt it...micropave stones are so small that you can barely tell what color they are anyway. At least I can''t tell.

Usual advice is centre and side/ accent stones to be within 2 colour grades, so you should be fine.
