Do you use it? In what form? Have you REALLY noticed a difference? If so, what’s changed?

Do you mean collagen injections? Or just collagen cream? I have used collagen cream but I don't get injections of any kind. I'm kind of crazy with various skin care preparations, and have been since my teens. But I draw the line at anything invasive. I'd rather buy jewelry lol.

Oh god I love eating collagen!

I had filler under my eyes ONCE. All that poking around apparently encourages formation of collagen bc it's been gosh 4+ years and I've not needed filler again? Even my derm said she's gone from filler once a year to every two years bc of the encouragement of collagen.

The poking is definitely deeper than those rollers. Maybe have the derm poke in the area with a needle mimicking what they'd do if they were filling the area....?

I use zint collagen (bough on amazon) in my protein shakes every morning. I am on my second container. My face is tightening up and my eye bags are disappearing. I don’t think I look 48– or at least I am looking better than my friends lol. But I also don’t drink or smoke so that helps too.

I used to know about it. Lost it all a few years ago!

This is what i’m Truly curious about. I’ve purchased some powdered collagen but I can’t seem to wrap my head around the fact that it will change my skin texture.

I wanted to hear from real people that it works. How much do you use?

Lol, I’m not sure. When I get a new canister of protein powder, I empty it in a bowl and then stir in a bunch of the collagen and then I put it all back in the canister. I figure it doesn’t so much matter the amount as that I am consistently taking it in? I’m
Not sure.

Hey! I like that idea! I found a protein powder I like that I plan to use after my whole30. I think I’ll do that too!

I use Great Lakes. A couple of tablespoons in my coffee every morning. I think my skin, hair and nails have improved.

Why not cook with some tendon in a beef stew?

Braising pork belly or pork feet is also delicious. Remove the fat and you have the chewy collagen and meat left.

Bone broth is also collagen rich.

@Phoenix posted a pho recipe years ago as well. Good collagen rich broth there as well.
