What does the statement "Clarity grading based on clouds not shown." potentially mean for a stone rated SI2, whose AGS documentation shows no visible inclusion marks at all on the cert?
Wow, an SI2 with no inclusion markings on the cert
Since this is an ACA, it was selected by WF for it's beauty. I'd have them pull the stone and describe what they see. Maybe also pick a second choice and have them compare the two.
Same comment.
Clouds rarely dull a stone - but at SI2 level - and if there is no other marked inclusions then I would be asking them for an opinion.
In all cases like this with reputable vendors they will give you a straight answer.
If you are every in doubt about other vendors - just indicate that you will want the stone sent to an appriaser and then even vendors who might be playing it a bit dirty would know there is no point taking a stone out of circulation and wasting time and money.
