Cleaning white gold pave?

I've seen threads about cleaning white gold (no ammonia - is that Windex?) and pave (no ultrasonic).

Haven't gotten the ring yet, but trying to figure out how to keep it clean. Is my best bet soaking in dish soap and warm water with a toothbrush? I heard the Ultrasonic is amazing at cleaning, how can I achieve that without using one? Is the Jewelry Jet worth it?

I love my Jewel Jet. I soak my jewelry in jewelry cleaner that all pharmacies sell, and then use a toothbrush to scrub gently. This is for my daily cleaning routine. Every once in a while, when I want a deeper clean, I soak then use my Jewel Jet. It comes out looking so damn sparkly!

I also like organic orange degreaser.

I have heard that even a toothbrush can wear away gold over time, so I would only use one occasionally especially on pave. The jewel jet is awesome, I highly recommend it!
