Cleaning Diamonds with Inclusions

Is it safe to ultrasonically clean included diamonds - specifically, an I2 diamond with large feather in the interior? How about steam cleaning?

I would wait for expert advice on this one. I know when cleaning you need to be very careful with steaming to not cool the diamond quickly such as rinsing in cold water while it is still very hot, does the feather reach the surface being an I2?

No worries. If it survived the cutting process it can survive any normal type of cleaning procedure including ultrasonic and steam.
