What do the characteristics "Cloud, Pinpoint" under Clarity Grade on a GIA certificate mean? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It means there was something such as a faint cloud or a tiny pinpoint, too small or too faint to require plotting, that the graders located inside the diamond. I prefer to plot what is there, but everyone has their own methodology. These will be very minor inclusions or very faintly visible even if somewhat larger.

Thanks for your help David! Was wondering if you could let me know if the following diamond is okay and worth the asking price?
