Christmas displays at Peddlers Village - Lahaska, PA

It's too cold to do much else today, so I thought I'd post a few Christmas photos from a local shopping area known as Pedddler's Village. The village attracts huge crowds during their annual Christmas Village lighting which is the Friday before Thanksgiving. This year over 10,000 people came. When I first started going over 15 years ago there were no more than a few hundred people. I haven't visited in the evening yet to take photos of the lit up village, but I did go to see their annual gingerbread house display on Saturday morning.

I can't believe they are so intricate. I love the palace and the inside shot with the little staircase. Très cute!

I think they will still be on display through 1/1 ? or 12/31. I've got to go back one of the evenings so I can see the entire village all lit up!
