Choosing between diamonds

Hello, I need help narrowing down these diamonds. I think I prefer the higher color with VS2, as long as it is completely eye clean at any distance. This will be set on a 6 prong solitaire pave with no basket. I'd prefer the diamond to appear completely colorless and clear, even when viewed from the side. Is there anything that would indicate that one may perform better in certain lighting conditions than others? Does having a lot of inclusions in some of the VS2 below (1.4ct F VS2) affect it at all?

Do you have any pictures or videos of these diamonds?

Just on paper, I like the 2nd one and the last one best. I’ll try to watch the videos when I have time. I’m sure they’ll all be beautiful, however. It’s more about your budget and your need for mind clean vs. what you can see when it comes to the clarity.

I love this last one you posted! What a wonderfully small table!

The F would be my favorite too. Then the 1.42 and 1.36. If cost is an issue go with the 1.36.

Yes, these are the correct links!

This has got to be such a tough decision for you, as I really think you've picked some outstanding options!

If I had to put them in order based on *my personal preferences* taking into account what I see from all the pictures, videos, advanced images, specs/proportions, and pricing, then here's how that shakes out. I'm a sucker for D-E-F colorless, but I have to give the slight advantage to the 1.36 G because I feel it represents a great value for a 7+ mm spread and a VS1, to boot.
If I were to stick to colorless, then I'd simply drop the G diamonds and they'd still be in order of my preference (WF 1.346, BGD 1.27, VC 1.405, etc).

Thank you for this detailed comparison. I also prefer the F color and above, so was leaning towards the 1.405 F VS2. If price wasn't a concern, would that be your pick of the 1.36 G for the better overall diamond?

How did you pick the WF 1.346 over the VC 1.405? Would these perform similarly or is it worth going for the WF?

You're welcome.
Focusing on only the colorless 7+ mm options, I would still lean towards the 1.346 F to get the bump in clarity for $11 difference.
Clarity withstanding, I chose the WF 1.346 over the VC 1.405 because I like the 40.8/34.5/55.2 combo slightly better than the 40.7/34.7/56.1 combo, but I really feel that is pure nitpick territory that would never translate to a discernable visual difference in the real world...I'm being petty over the semantics of diamond performance, here.

If I'm picking up the vibe from your comments correctly, then you need to grab that beautiful 1.405 F!
As with WF and BGD, VC will take great care of you, I'm confident.

From the lab report for the 1.405, are the inclusions something to worry about? Looks like crystal on table and lots of clouds?

I have been reading mixed things about the green/darker spots on edge of the diamond on the ASET for the 1.405 F VS2. Is this something that would be noticeable in person/affect performance of the diamond? It is more noticeable on the AGS ASET on the report.

Original ASET on website:

New ASET taken of diamond:

Nothing that I would worry about at all.
This ASET I would still consider Excellent.

How about the idealscope? Does the lightness behind the arrows indicate leakage?
I know I'm probably getting very picky, but I'm just trying to get as perfect of a diamond as possible (especially since I'm at the top end of my budget with this diamond).

Also, I'm curious, from the ASET, how can it be determined if the green would be of concern?

That's an excellent Ideal-Scope.
When the ring starts leaning towards light pink to white is when there's an indication of impactful light leakage.
