Great picture. Is your sapphire blue in visible light?

No it's a pink sapphire but it likes to change between pink and purple. These are a little blurry but the first is inside and the second is outside.

I bought a 1.73 carat pink sapphire years ago, and it shifts from pink to violet purple in different lights as well.
