Since you requested idealscope shots, I''ll begin w GOG - they have two nice diamonds that match your criteria (you could call & ask which they like best):

GOG 1.05 F VS1 for $5684GOG 1.04 G VVS1 for $6561

Superbcert also provides idealscope & bscope reports and has a 1.16 G SI1 & a 1.08 F SI1 as part of their new inventory - if you asked, they''d be able to send you I-scope images & let you know if they''re eye-clean... I have a feeling they''ll be in your price range (if you''d even consider SI1s). Link to new diamond inventory.

And, finally, DCD has some nice signature series princesses - tho they don''t provide idealscope shots on their site, you could call & ask if they''d send you some, as they do provide them for their signature series RBs. Here are the best ones, in order of my favs (#1 i like best, tho #2 is close)

Honestly, the E VS2 for $1K less would probably be my choice btwn those two - lower color, higher clarity for more money seems kinda like a waste... but it''s entirely up to you & what feels right to you...?

Extremely thin girdle on princess = chipped princess

I'd never take the chance!! -I try to be careful but I'm continually banging my princess on the girdle (mine's Med polished which happens to be my fav girdle for a princess - it's reasonably durable & looks soo cool!)

Me... honestly, I'd call SC & ask about the 1.16 SI1 - ask the price & specs & if it's eye-clean & if they could get me the i-scope pic & b-scope results. If the results weren't fab, I'd go for the E VS2 from DCD (nice i-scope shot!).

If the GOG G stone wasn't about $1K more, I'd have chosen it, but, to me, it's not worth that much more than the E

I chose the E because I like the girdle better (I try to avoid thin in princesses) & other little things (like a slightly smaller table & it faces up slightly bigger). Also, in the magnified pic, I see black carbon in the D. Besides, the D''s more money & I didn''t think it worth more than the E...

ALl things on this thread are one finer than the next (in any order). What is the size of these princess cuts ? from 60-ish depth to well over 70 as is the norm, they do vary quite a bit
