I found this website and they have a winter special where you can get chair cover and a double wide ribbon for $2.50 per chair (not bad :) and if you order in the winter it''s free shipping to the reception site! Cool beans y''all, here''s the link

I just wanted to mention that if you order from a place like that, you will probably be installing (covering the chair and tying the bows) yourself, or getting charged a fee from your venue/wedding coordinator/whoever does it for you. Plus, you will probably be the one to have to uninstall and return the linens. I actually found that it was MUCH cheaper in the long run to go with a company my venue worked with because then they did all setting up/tearing down and returning for free. I think I paid $3 or $3.50 a chair. Might be worth asking your venue about.

i guess i didn''t think about that, i know we''ll be setting up the venue the night before but i really don''t want to have to worry about taking it down ugh lol

My cousin ordered chair covers and had them delivered to my place because I lived in the city where the wedding was going to be. She ordered the samples and I drove to the wedding location when I had JUST started driving alone. I checked the correct size, and she placed the order.
Two days before the wedding I, as the bridesmaid, drove to downtown LA to the main UPS delivery site because they don't leave items at your doorsteps. They couldn't find the boxes immediately. I waited for at least half an hour and they came with the box. I drove it all the way back to the hotel and counted. Half of the covers and ALL of the ribbons were missing. The day before the wedding I had to drive to downtown LA again to get the second box.
On the day of the wedding, the whole family helped to set up the covers and decorations. We stayed and took them all off, set them in the box, and I took it home. The next day I went to the post office and returned all of them.
My cousin was a nervous wreck the entire time, and we did everything we could to calm her down.

I just wanted to write this about issues that you may not think of. My family is always happy to help, but not many families are as close.
The important thing is to remember that the wedding will be beautiful and great weather your chair covers arrive or not
