Cartier ring

Please could someone help me with the authentication of this ring? I am unsure if it is real.

What metal is that supposed to be? It looks like yellow gold to me but the ring is stamped Pt 950 which is supposed to be the stamp for platinum. It doesn't look authentic to me. My husband has that ring in rose gold and the hallmark doesn't look the same. There's so much fake Cartier out there, I wouldn't be comfortable buying anywhere outside the boutique.

If you want to be sure if the ring is real, bring it to the store to check, they will give you the most accurate answer
