Carat weight / measurements question

Cushion cut stone measures 8.95 X 7.90 x 5.40mm - what carat weight would you figure (estimate) carat weight to be? Also what is the 5.40mm part of the measurement mean? (L/W ratio 1.13).

Out of curiousity, how do you have the measurements and not the carat weight? I am intrigued, do you have this stone?

The 5.40mm is the depth of the stone.

I would guess somewhere in the mid 3 carats? I am not an expert, but that would be my guess.
