can you diamond set a very narrow band?

can anyone tell me if it''s possible to get a very fine domed band micropave set with teensy diamonds? it''s only about 1.5mm wide.

Are you asking if you can get the band in the picture set with micropave diamonds? The quick answer is no. The other answer to you question is that there are only a few people that would even make a micropave band at 1.5mm.
