Can ID Jewelry provide IdealScope images?

Since ID Jewelry does not provide pictures of the actual diamonds, does that mean the diamonds are not in house? If that is the case, how do they go about inspecting them for eye-clean appearance and providing IS images? Do they have an upgrade policy (I couldn't find one)? Thanks!

Many if not most online vendors are drop-shippers, meaning they subscribe to a manufacturer's database yet never actually see the stones they attempt to sell you.

We can take picture of any diamond listed on our site as well of taking Idealscope pics and ASET pic's upon request. And we do not in any way drop ship diamonds. I make it my obligation to hand inspect any diamond myself before it's sold and shipped out.

In the time that I've been on PS, I've heard many, many good things about ID jewelry. Including the fact that they'll provide detailed photos and ASETs. No idea about their upgrade policy, but I'd contact them off-PS for that.
