In the last month or so, I have moved back to my hometown and gotten married and so I have been quite the busy bee... hence why I have been MIA around the site lately.
Currently, I am working for a Credit Union as an Assistant Manager... highly underpaid and yet pretty much the backbone of my company, as my manager has not a clue as to what she is doing. The Board of Directors took away our very crappy pension plan a few months ago and had promised to roll it over into something better. Well, here we are about 4 months later and still NOTHING. Yes, it was crappy before but at least it was SOMETHING. Ugh. I see no high hopes for this credit union down the line as the board just does not care what happens and our tiny office of 6 is left to fend for ourselves. I was promised a much higher pay raise in January but for one, I don''t trust the board at all b/c they are always full of false promises and to honest, it just isn''t worth the money for me to stay in a position where I am miserable. Money is very nice but let''s be honest here, I''d rather be happy. DH and I have talked it over and agree that this new position would be in my best interest in the long run. It''s a state position and so I would get all the benefits and most importantly, their amazing pension! There is also job security as well which is a biggie.
Anyway, since I know the very high success rate of PS Dust, I am asking that you please send some my way for this position. Pretty please?! It would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
