It's a round 10.4ct, yellow light, VVS2 or VS1, Ideal - Very Good cut. I have a feeling I've got the right idea, but i'd love to check to make sure i'm definitely heading the right way.
Thoughts?

Thoughts? That no one should consider buying or selling a purportedly 10+ ct, light yellow diamond that's being offered with nothing more than vague say-so or wishful thinking. Information on the Colored Diamond Grading Reports available from GIA:
http://www.gia.edu/gem-lab-service/colored-diamond

In the absence of such a Grading Report, I imagine the only sound you'll hear here on PS is that of crickets chirping, for we have no idea what "this" really is.

ETA: article on Fancy Color Diamonds available under the Knowledge tab at the top of every PS page:

Which lab graded it as light yellow?
Is it VVS2 or VS1? There should not be any split grading and pricing for VVS2 and VS1 will be different,
What is the criteria for Ideal and VG cut?

All the above will help narrow down whether you have a fair price or not. Without these details, you and I (and everyone else) are throwing darts in the dark.
