Can anyone help me to find any detail about this necklace?

Hi! I recently bought this beautiful necklace in a second hand store. It is really well preserved, full of black cristals that create new colors with the sun.

And it has a gorgeous antique lock in the back that it is similar to victorian ages.

Maybe it is super vintage, maybe it is a design someone recognise, or maybe it is just a more modern design.

The thing is that due to its lock and design I have the feeling it is a special necklace or at least a nice piece but I can't find any similar designs or any designer behind this piece and I am curious about it.

Could anyone help me find maybe some new details about it?

Thank you!

Could you have the stones evaluated by a jeweler? At a glance the colorful ones look like they’re coated with some sort of iridescent coating. Doesn’t mean it’s not vintage though!

Lovely, probably circa 50s / 60s so vintage,
The glass beads have been coated to give that iridescent look.

What difference it makes if the stones are coated or not coated? Sorry probably is a stupid question but I have 0 knowledge. I have the feeling is a more new design than vintage but I wanted to find some information.

Thank you! I will google extra information to see if I can match it! I have the feeling is a newer style maybe replicating that era but it also gives me that 50 60s look so I am note sure at all!

Coated means that it isn’t a natural occurrence and/or was done in a lab, and may be able to be damaged depending on how thick or stable the coating is. Mystic topaz is a good example!
