Calling Miami - area PSers! Need restaurant recs for upcoming trip =)

I''m going to miami (sheesh, just typing that put the Will Smith song in my head!) in early march for a work trip. I''m hoping to find a nice restaurant that:

-Is near where we''re staying (Intercontinental)
-Vegetarian-friendly
-Unlikely to be overrun by spring breakers (this trip unfortunately falls in March)

Any sugesstions?
