I am planning on buying this diamond today so I need some quick feedback! Please tell me what you think. Just a little weary because it is cheap. Tell me what you think.

I would ask WF if the diamond was eyeclean :)

I did and they said it is.... You think it could be with that big flaw right in the middle?

I have a Princess ACA and it is beautiful! I doubt you will go wrong with it.

As for the eyeclean thing, there are two things :

First, that photo is 40x magnification. Even a loupe wouldn''t magnify it that much. Second, the definiton of eyeclean is that you can''t see it at around 8-10 inches with 20-20 vision. If you have extremely good vision, and hold it closer to your eyes, you may see it.

However, if you are worried about it, then perhaps you should pass. It''s one thing for a stone to be eyeclean, but another for it to be mindclean :) I myself passed up a fantastic looking VS2 stone because of a cloud in the AGS plot. I doubt it would have impacted on the stone''s brilliance, but I know that I would have been worried about anyway.

Colour and clarity grades can have a significant impact on price, if you were comparing this one to other ACAP's of slightly higher colour and clarity. It looks very nice, if WF say it is eyeclean and recommend this diamond, should be no problem.

Yes it could well be eyeclean with the flaw in the middle, if you keep in mind the actual size of this diamond. Those photos are x40 mag if I remember rightly. WF are well used to describing ' eyecleanliness' according to the clients' comfort level, which I assume you have made them aware of.

any others?

cujo, no one can say anymore than has already been said. Bring it home and check it out yourself.

WF is very honest. I have purchased 2 SI2 stones from them. My current stone, which IS eye clean, and my last stone which I loved but they were very honest about it not being completely eyeclean. They told me the distance at which it was eye-clean and even had their in-house "eagle eye" look at it to help me feel more comfortable. It was actually the 1.590 ES round stone they have in stock. Take at look at that 40X mag pic and you''ll see the inclusion on the stone you''re looking at doesn''t look as bad. The inclusion in my old stone was only visible when I "looked" for it. It didn''t JUMP out at me at all.

Well it is a done deal~ I got it! :) Can''t wait to see it! They said it is eye clean from 3 to 4 inches as well!

Congratulations and good job! I''m sure you''ll love it!
