The numbers look good from this side of the screen.

Everything I see posted about this diamond sound like a safe bet. May I ask where is this from ? There is no pavilion angle posted... and this is Tiffany's habit

The price ranks low among the listings here - definitely less then F/G H&As around 1.3cts. If there is any better price, that's not happening on PS. You seem to have fund a lucky one.
