I'm looking to a buy a GIA certified Diamond around 1 karrat, E, SI2, Excellent.

I hear stores buy from places like polygon. Does anyone know if there's someone who you pay $100 and he'll get you the wholesale pricing from Pologyon.

Like anyone else, just trying to get the best prices on a super expensive purchase.
