Buy an engagement ring in Europe

Hi,
I saw some attractive and rather "cheap" US sites to buy an engagement ring but these prices increase sharply if we add taxes and customs duties... Do you know any US sites with European headquarters? Or European interesting websites? The only one I know is Bluenile which has a headquarter in Dublin, I'd like to compare it with others.
