Budget for 0.50 ctw diamond studs? IDJ uncerted? Any pics

I am wondering where I should get diamond studs with a budget of $400 or lower? Would I have to settle for uncerted stones from IDJ? Or with a budget this low I'm better off getting stones that are not allowed to be named here? Just wanting to know if this is realistic.

If anyone has pics of 0.50 ctw earrings I would love to see them!

I don't feel that $400 is a realistic budget. Maybe you should consider saving up for the earrings. Good luck.

You might - maybe - be able to pick up some earrings at a major department store at that price during holiday sales, but they wouldn't have a GIA or AGS cert.

I agree with Queenie - keep saving! Put away a little each week and before you know it, you'll be able to afford a lovely pair of high-quality studs.

They were for uncerted diamonds and I mentioned them to be PS standards

I didn't really ask for color and clarity but I was hoping to not go lower than K or SI2.. I'll clarify with them if I were to start an order

How about buying second hand? I have picked up some gorgeous studs around that size on diamondbistro - even after I paid for a re-set they were around $550 ..
