Hello Lowtech and welcome to you!

I think you are extremely sensible treating yourself to a ' classic model' sparkly gift. Us ladies of a ' certain age' can wear more and bigger diamonds with aplomb I believe, I think it's one of the compensations of gaining a few more miles on the clock!

I haven't seen the IDJ bracelet, but I am familiar with the WF bracelet and it's gorgeous, do you have a link to the other please? I am sure you will get lots of opinions and fun out of this thread, I see our Seeker is patrolling the boards, she has excellent taste as do the others, I am sure we will be able to help you reach a decision on a new bracelet, or even maybe a new necklace to go with it....

That bracelet truly looks stunning on Mom2, thanks for the link with the ID jewellery bracelet. It's a lovely bracelet but I have fallen for the WF version, but as you know, it's a matter of taste.

I agree, Lorelei, we do enjoy living vicariously through other members here with beautiful jewels like mom2boys!!!

I am going to say that I just always will vote for quality, and I believe WhiteFlash is the higher quality piece. Others may prefer more bling with lower quality diamonds and price, but my own regrets are usually only when I go for lesser quality. IDJ has good value items, though.

I believe WF/BGD both use the same supplier for the setting. And yes, the bangle is oval shaped to help w/ any spinning.
