Boston in November

[Loves Vintage]

We just decided to spend a long weekend in Boston in November. Despite being relatively close to Boston (2-3 hours by car), I've only been there a few times (and most of those visits were to a specialty vet hospital there!!)

Anyway, I don't have any sort of a game plan at this point, since we just decided, but I am looking forward to planning. I'll be 7-7.5 months pregnant, depending on when we decide to go, so some walking around will be fine, but probably not the whole weekend.

Any favorite older/historical hotels in Boston?

Any favorite vegetarian restaurants? Malaysian restaurants? Or, fave restaurants in general?

Things to do? (Sorry for being so general!!) Maybe a show?

just to add, check out groupon boston for some sweet dinners out and cool touristy things. Also gilt city boston has discounts to some swanky hotels. And wear comfy shoes! Sadly no one wanted to give up their seats on the T to me when i was wildly preggo, but I'm told its because they didn't want to offend me with sexist assumptions? Hope you have better luck. And if you have time, give a shout out and the PS ladies would love to peruse our fave vintage jewelry places with you!

I'd love to see some vintage jewelry shops in Boston. In fact, I meant to ask for names in my initial post, but completely forgot. I'd be happy to go for coffee and a few shops on that Saturday morning. Let me know if that works for you, and we can figure out how to coordinate a small GTG.

I was thinking of making my way over to the Diaper Lab that you mentioned in the CD thread, probably on our way in or out of the city since it looks like we could drive there. Do they ever have good deals in the store?
