I was wondering if anyone could recommend a great book for wedding planning. There are probably a million out there! I want to be sure I don''t forget obvious things and the not-so-obvious things (like insurance etc...). Thanks in advance!

I am absolutely loving my Martha Stewart "Keepsake wedding planner" it is in a really pretty 3 ring binder format that I''ve been able to add things to like: 12 month full page tab calendar, printer spread sheets of guest list, finances, photos.
Also, i just got the "Knot''s Book of Wedding Lists"(Who doesn''t love checking off lists?).

(You may be able to tell I''m a tad OCD, and both of these defiantly help to keep me organized!!!)

Bridal Bargains! It will save you a ton, and there''s a money-back guarantee (if you don''t save at least $500 using their tips, you can send the book in for a refund).

I''ve seen this recommended time and time again on PS. It seems like a must for someone who wants a planning guide.

I loved the Martha Stewart Keepsake planner, I didn''t really use it for planning but it is a nice keepsake.

I also had Emily Post''s wedding planner, it had great etiquette advice.

Thank you so much for the advice, Ladies! I ordered Bridal Bargains and will start there. When I get more serious about planning, I will look into the other books mentioned, b/c I, too, love checking things off my lists!
