Blue nile pavilion markings?

Hi,Ive been looking at some blue nile cushion signature diamonds and noticed some circular markings on the pavillion of this diamond - http://www.bluenile.com/au/diamond-search?pt=sig&track=NavDiaSigCU#diamonds_pid=LD04246159

The marks are really noticable on the photomicrograph and hearts/arrows scan of the gcal report.

Blue nile said these are just light leakage picked up on the photo, but i (as inexperienced as i am!) dont think they look like that at all.

Can anyone shed any light?

It's a small trio of crystal inclusions near the center of the diamond, being reflected by the pavilion facets.
