This is what happens when I try to avoid housework. I start perusing gem sites, go into a fugue state and then funny things happen with the credit card. I've wanted a blue moonstone forever and happened across this one just a few minutes ago. This is the vendor pic from Art Cut Gems.

Don't blame you on that one - looks dreamily gorgeous!

Thanks Chrono. I'll post pics when I get it. It's going to be my meditation stone.

I love this stone! It's one of my favorites out of the new stones he just added. I'm glad it went to a PSer. :))

I admired that beauty, too. Very nice stone, and I'm looking forward to your pictures.

Iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiilove it!

I couldn't agree more - I am so happy that it has a good PS/CS home, as it relieves me of any obligation I might feel to take it in (just the way I have been known to "foster" stray dogs); it is seriously lovely :lickout:

NICE!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful, looking forward to your pics when it arrives

I love that stone! How are you going to set it?

I'm not going to set this one. It's going to be my pet rock.

It is very, very interesting. Unusual and beautiful. A very beautiful moonstone. Typically, they are not my stones, but this one... credit card... mda...

Looks like a gorogeous moonstone, please post more photos later!

That stone puts me into a trance just looking at it. Can't wait for pics when you get it.

It's great!

By the way, buying stones is waaaaay more fun than housework!

I think moonstones are very hard to domesticate. even if you intend to keep it as a pet you may want to get it a proper cage setting, you know what they say, spare the bezel spoil the kennel or something like that.

Re: Blue Moonstone -- She's heeeeeeere

Here are my pics of the Moon Goddess. I know nothing about moonstone so someone please explain why she is so stunning in the dark. All pictures were taken in natural light, no flash, partly-cloudy day. It is dangerously hypnotic to watch the blue dance over the stone.

Pic titled "goddess bottom" is the bottom of the stone; all others are top down. Difficult to get good pics without my big head reflecting on her surface.
