blue floresence, blue diamond?

Is it possible to find stones that have such strong blue floresence that you would think it could pass as a blue diamond? Does anyone have pics to share or know where you could find stones like that?

When a friend's vsb is in sunlight it glows, like some sort of copper gemstone... from what little I've seen of blue diamonds IRL it's a very different personality.

FL is a reaction to ultraviolet light.
Some sources of light have little or no UV so a diamond with blue Fluorescence will show no blue in that lighting.

A real blue diamond always looks blue regardless of how much UV there is in the light.
