Hi all,

Last week my DH was acting very secretive. I knew it had something to do with my birthday. Well turns out the secret is that my DH purchased a watch for my birthday! It's a Cartier Ballon Bleu 28 mm stainless steel and 18 kt rose gold watch with diamond markers. I just received it this weekend so I didn't have a chance to take very good pictures but I am just too excited not to share!

Question about your puppy: what breed is it? From the angle, it looks a lot like mine, but mine is a mixed breed, so I am always curious when I see any that look like her.

Thanks sarahb,tyty333,Abby12, baby monster, motownmama, and missy! it was a wonderful birthday . AMC theaters had an oscar nominated movie event so we saw Captain Philips, American Hustle, Her, and Gravity . They were all great movies ! I've missed out on seeing some of the other nominated films but hopefully will see them when they come to redbox.
My DH gave me the watch during dinner . I haven't been able to stop admiring it since. I'm very lucky to have such an amazing husband.

braga123,junebug17,woofmama, thanks for the cute compliments about Coco. We adopted her from an animal rescue in San Diego. Someone had abandoned mom and her puppies. Mom is a beagle mix and the puppies all looked different. I don't see beagle in Coco at all though other than her need to eat everything off the floor, endless digging, and keen sense of smell ! I have heard people suggest she has dachshund, chihuahua, terrier ,and papillon . My neighbor insists she is a mini golden retriever even though she is only 14 lbs! I guess we will never know for sure but she's got a great temperament, extremely friendly with adults and children, loves other dogs and cats and doesn't bark. She is currently taking classes to become certified as a hospital therapy dog.

Thanks SparklyOEC and Asscherhalo_halo ! Diamondseeker I really love the rose gold but I wish it went all the way around the bracelet . The rose gold is only on 3 links on either side of the dial. Luckily I have small wrists so it goes 3/4 around on me.
