This seller is selling items that are titled "antique" or "vintage" and will describe items hallmarked with 14k. Listing description does not indicate that pieces are gold filled or that they are new... in fact, pieces are listed as pre-owned bu having seen feedback from other buyers and what they purchased you will see multiple sales of the same items indicating it is not genuine antique or vintage.
