Best way to clean...

I have a bracelet from DH''s grandmother who passed away but I''m not sure how to clean it. It has jade beads and some sort of metal links inbetween... they kind of look brassy. Do you think a regular jewelry cleaner will do or should I just use soap and water? The brassy part looks really tarnished so I wanted to try to get it to shine.

Ketchup works well to remove tarnish...but I wouldn''t use anything until you know what the stones are IMO.
