I know there are several posts regarding where to buy knife edge settings, but most only list Knife Edge rings for round diamonds (thanks to NiceIce.com for the info).
In your opinion, where can I find the best balanced (quality and price) Knife Edge setting for a Princess cut diamong between .5-.75ct?

Which online retailer (again, in your opinion) creates the best Tiffany 4 prong setting for a princess cut? White gold or platinum rings are both acceptable.
