What are some of the best places online to purchase loose diamonds?
And where are they located?

Ok, did I miss any big ones? Also, the reason for location was so I could factor in whether or not sales tax will be charged.

I''m not sure if this matters, but I''m definitely going to be looking for an Round Ideal Cut diamond (probably H&A), color D-I, clarity VS1-SI1 (eye clean) and the largest diamond a max budget of $2500 allows.

I''ve had a conversation with Valeria101 regarding stones to consider and there was a .64cts, D-SI2, H&A, $2113 at GoodOldGold. That''s in the right price range, I''m just trying to get a few options to consider.

If there are any other websites or diamonds I should be considering, please let me know.

You can get bigger stones that are well-cut (not super-duper louper, but well cut) in your budget.....bigger than the .64 that's been mentioned.

I think this first stone has a better IS image than the D, SI2 you've looked at...arrows are much nicer/cleaner. .71, E, SI1 for $2780 (non discounted price)
