Yes and the Vendor Photos/Owner Photos thread can give you a good idea of what to expect from each vendor. I URGE you to check it out. That way you''ll know if a stone will be darker IRL than in the vendor photo!

I think most of us can only speak for the vendors we have worked with. You can also do a search on the type of stone you are interested in and read recent thread. That will give you an idea of what vendors people are having positive experiences with.
